MoodCanvas — Privacy Policy
MoodCanvas is an offline mood journal. It needs no account, has no servers, and works without an internet connection. This policy explains what the app stores and confirms that we don't collect it.
Information the app stores on your device
To keep your journal, MoodCanvas stores the following only on your device, in the app's private local storage:
- Daily color and mood entries
- Journal data you write in the app
- Settings and preferences
Information we collect
We don't collect, receive, sell or share any personal information. MoodCanvas has no user accounts, no servers, and no analytics or tracking tools. The app doesn't send any information over the internet. NinjaNext can't see your entries.
Permissions
The app doesn't request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can:
- Delete entries or reset your data in the app's Settings
- Clear the app's storage in your device settings
- Uninstall the app, which removes its stored data
Because your entries exist only on your device, deleting them is permanent unless your device's own backup includes them. We can't recover them for you.
Children
MoodCanvas is intended for general audiences. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, for example because an optional feature is added, we'll update this page and the effective date first, before that version is released.
